★• For commissions priced less than $30, I request for an upfront payment after I send an initial sketch.For amounts higher than that, partial payment will be available. The first payment should be sent after I send an initial sketch, and the last payment should be sent before I send the final file/s in high resolution.★• No refunds unless I offer. Available payment methods are Paypal, VGen, GCash, and GoTyme.★• I will contact you once I'm ready to work on your piece. I usually finish a piece within 1 week to 1 month, depending on the complexity of your commission and my commission queue, which you can keep track of using my Trello. More complex or more clients ahead of you = more time. You're free to ask for an update if I haven't contacted you in a week.★• Please be very clear with the details of your commission.
I have a checklist of what references you can include on my Google Form.
I only allow 3 free major revisions; after that, I charge an additional 20% of the base commission price.★• My art is for personal use only, commercial use will need to be discussed further. Please credit me as @HydeChammy if you're going to post the commission I drew for you. 🌸★• I have the right to reject a commission without giving a reason why.
